Although functionally equivalent to a hybrid system somewhere between NBJ and WCB, I graded Power Blackjack slightly higher than the original NBJ material because of the manner in which it is organized and its lack of obsessive hype.
Prior to Steve's death, he sent me an updated betting method, that upon cursory inspection seems to have some merit. Unfortunately, due to Dr. Heller's untimely death, we may never really know.
